Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC service or installation experience.
• EPA Universal Certification Texas Technician Registration.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Willingness to learn and develop light commercial HVAC skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose heating and cooling system problems and determine appropriate repair solutions.
• Perform residential HVAC repairs and troubleshoot system performance issues.
• Conduct preventative service and evaluate equipment condition.
• Work on select light commercial HVAC systems, including equipment up to 30 tons.
• Clearly communicate system issues, repair recommendations, and options to homeowners.
• Provide courteous, professional service throughout every customer interaction.
• Enter accurate service information and job documentation using company technology.
• Maintain safe work practices and uphold the company's standards for quality and professionalism.

$28–$40/Hour + Spiffs & Bonuses | Overtime Available | Houston, TX

What You'll Be Doing

As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing system issues, recommending solutions, and completing quality repairs in residential settings. You'll primarily work on residential equipment while also having the opportunity to gain experience servicing select light commercial systems.

Your day-to-day work will include:

• Diagnose heating and cooling system problems and determine appropriate repair solutions.
• Perform residential HVAC repairs and troubleshoot system performance issues.

Pay & Schedule

Your experience is rewarded with competitive hourly compensation plus opportunities to increase your earnings.

• $28–$40 per hour, based on experience
• Spiffs and performance bonuses
• 40+ hours per week
• Overtime opportunities
• Automatic overtime pay for work performed before 6:00 AM or after 6:00 PM
• Monday–Friday schedule
