Airco Mechanical is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and service residential heating, cooling, and ventilation systems in Round Rock, TX. Earn top pay with performance-based compensation and a commission structure.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal license required.
• HS diploma, trade school, or GED.
• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience; 5+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC system issues, including electrical, mechanical, and control components.
• Perform advanced system repairs on residential heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
• Identify root causes of system failures and provide effective, long-term repair solutions.
• Complete detailed service reports, including findings, parts used, and work performed.
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and ensure tools and equipment are in proper working condition.
• Follow all safety procedures, codes, and company standards while working in residential environments.
• Provide a high level of professionalism and customer service on every call.

Job Duties

• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC system issues, including electrical, mechanical, and control components

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a residential service HVAC tech
• High School or Trade School Graduate or GED
• EPA Universal license
• At least 5 years of experience in residential hvac service
• Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean record
• Able to pass a background check
