Compensation, Schedule & Perks

• Pay: Experience-based wage of $24.00 - $35.00/hour with a $1,000 signing bonus for applicants with 3+ years of experience; performance pay based on services sold.
• Schedule: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and light-commercial heating and air-conditioning systems.

• Work independently and with a team to complete high-quality work; meet appointment timelines.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of service experience with residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems
• Trade school and EPA certifications
