Capital Heating & Cooling, a family-owned business serving the Birmingham area since 1995, seeks a skilled Residential and Light Commercial HVAC Service Technician. You will service and repair HVAC systems, collaborate with the team, and deliver exceptional customer service.

In this role, you will:

• Service/repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Collaborate with team members to complete complex projects and exceed customer expectations
• Provide exceptional customer service, building trust and loyalty with every interaction
• Stay up-to-date on the latest industry advancements and technologies
• Monday through Friday, averaging 40 to 45 hours per week
