Job summary

SSH Real Estate in Philadelphia is seeking an HVAC Technician to perform both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on commercial and residential HVAC systems. You will diagnose issues, install or upgrade equipment, complete work orders, and communicate with dispatch to ensure timely service.

Requirements include a minimum of 3 years’ HVAC experience, EPA 608 certification, basic hand tools, and a valid driving record. The company offers full benefits, paid time off, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in all aspects of HVAC, experience in commercial service is preferred.
• Possess a set of basic hand tools and an EPA 608 Certification
• Must possess a hardworking, dependable, and positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
• Clean driving record, criminal record and the ability to pass a drug screening

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on commercial/residential HVAC systems

• Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC equipment and components
• Complete all work orders with accurate documentation and notes promptly
• Conduct preventative maintenance tasks (e.g., filter changes, coil cleaning, lubrication, belt replacement)
• Maintain inventory of tools, materials, and equipment in service vehicles
• Clearly maintain regular communication with dispatch
