• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot systems.
• Understanding of airflow, air balancing, and sheet metal practices.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• NATE certification preferred; company will support pursuit.

Compensation

$30–$40 per hour, based on experience

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
• Explain findings and provide clear, honest recommendations to customers
• Deliver professional, dependable service on every call
• Maintain accurate job notes and service documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Three or more years of HVAC experience preferred; candidates with a strong mechanical background will also be considered
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot systems
• Understanding of airflow, air balancing, and sheet metal practices
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• A reliable, self-motivated approach and willingness to work as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record
• NATE certification preferred but not required, with support available to pursue certification

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
