Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service and repair experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and blueprints.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills across various HVAC equipment brands.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Willingness to maintain personal tools and pursue continued training.
• Comfort working safely on ladders up to 28' extension and 12' step.
• Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
• Reliable, responsible, and ready to take ownership of your work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services on residential heating and cooling systems.
• Represent the company professionally while ensuring every service call meets high standards for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to schedule and complete services within the expected timeframes.
• Communicate clearly with customers and document work performed.
• Maintain tools and stay current with ongoing training and certifications.
