Kayl Heating & Air is looking for a skilled Lead HVAC Installation Technician to oversee residential and light commercial installations while helping develop the next generation of HVAC professionals.

Compensation

• $25.00-$38.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
• $10,000 sign-on bonus available

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.-6:30 p.m.
• Evening, weekend, and on-call availability may be required

What You'll Do

In this position, you'll lead a crew through residential and light commercial HVAC installations from start to finish. You'll coordinate work in the field, provide hands‑on guidance, and ensure each project meets company expectations for quality, safety, efficiency, and customer care.

What We’re Looking For

• Five or more years of residential and light commercial HVAC installation experience
• At least two years of experience supervising or leading installation crews
• Advanced skills in gas and refrigeration piping
• Extensive knowledge of ductwork design, fabrication, and installation
• Ability to coach, train, and hold team members accountable
• Working knowledge of HVAC low‑voltage controls and systems
• Strong understanding of safety requirements and industry standards
• Current EPA certification
• Willingness to earn and maintain required NATE installer certifications
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver's license and a clean, insurable driving record
• Strong organization, initiative, and the ability to work independently
