Job summary

ColonialWebb in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking an HVAC Service Technician with strong commercial HVAC experience to join our team. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medium to large sized HVAC systems and related controls, diagnosing breakdowns and performing repairs.

Preferred candidates have journeyman status, strong troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of OSHA safety regulations. EOE M/W/Disability/Vets. Company vehicle and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• HVAC Service Technician with specialization in troubleshooting, servicing and repairing commercial and industrial HVAC equipment.
• Highly skilled at diagnosing, repairing, and performing maintenance on commercial HVAC systems and related controls.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose causes of breakdowns, test parts with appropriate instruments, disassemble and assemble parts, and make necessary repairs to HVAC equipment and components.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medium to large sized complex HVAC systems and associated control systems.
