Job summary

Atchley Heating & Cooling in Fort Smith, AR is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Service Technician who can troubleshoot, service and sell system upgrades. The role offers uncapped pay potential with hourly rate plus commission. We provide a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA Type II certification preferred.
• HVAC degree or certification from a trade school.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills.
• Maintain strong customer service.
• Make recommendations and provide value to homeowners on systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot HVAC system issues for customers and understand system design.
• Attend periodic manufacturer training classes.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Handle physical workload of at least 50 lbs.

What You Will Do
