Job summary

Freedom Air & Plumbing in Rockledge, FL is seeking an HVAC Management/Admin professional for a full-time role with rotating weekends. The position offers top-tier pay and comprehensive benefits within a growing home services platform.

You'll coordinate dispatch, manage paperwork, and support field teams while upholding safety and quality standards. A valid license and customer-focused attitude are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to build trust
• Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and phases
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and communicate issues clearly to customers
• Able to lift ~50 lbs and work in exterior customer environments
• Valid Driver’s License and safe driving record
• Experience with Service Titan is preferred

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with dispatch, your manager, and parts and installation teams
• Maintain a clean and organized company truck—inside and out
• Keep truck inventory up to date and accurate
• Complete all required paperwork and documentation properly and on time
• Participate in the on-call rotation
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance
• Participate in ongoing training and certification development
• Follow all safety regulations and best practices
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ year of residential HVAC service experience required
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
• Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and phases
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and clearly explain issues and solutions to customers
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to build trust
• Ability to perform thorough system inspections and communicate findings
• Commitment to safety protocols and field best practices
• Strong problem-solving skills using technical knowledge and customer-focused communication
• Service Titan experience (preferred)
• Ability to lift ~50 lbs and work in exterior customer environments
• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and varying environmental conditions
• Ability to stand, bend, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks regularly

Preferred:

• Certification or associate’s degree from an HVAC program at a technical school and 2+ years as an HVAC installation technician (preferred but not required)
• Experience with Residential Customers
• Experience in the trades: HVAC, plumbing, electrical
• Experience with Service Titan
• EPA Certified preferred
• NATE Certified preferred
