Danley 911 in Monroe, NJ is seeking a skilled Selling Residential HVAC Technician who combines technical expertise with sales ability to help homeowners choose the right HVAC solutions. This on-site role rewards both base pay and commissions, with a strong emphasis on honest communication and customer service.

You will diagnose and repair HVAC systems, upsell maintenance plans and upgrades, and collaborate with dispatch and sales to ensure smooth scheduling and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to upsell or close service-related sales.
• EPA Certification required; NATE Certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
