Carney All Season's in Line Lexington, PA is seeking a Selling Residential HVAC Technician who blends technical service with sales to help homeowners choose upgrades and maintenance plans.

The role requires at least 3 years of residential HVAC experience, EPA certification, and strong communication skills. You will diagnose, repair, upsell, and coordinate with dispatch and sales to ensure timely, accurate work and clear homeowner guidance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to upsell or close service-related sales.
• EPA Certification required; NATE Certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Selling Residential HVAC Technician to join our growing team. This role combines technical expertise with strong sales ability, helping homeowners make informed decisions about their HVAC systems.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Recommend and sell system upgrades, replacements, and maintenance plans.
