• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; 21+ years old.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in attics, basements, or confined spaces as needed.

About the Role

As a Lead HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for managing residential installation projects from start to finish. This includes overseeing jobsite workflow, ensuring high‑quality installations, mentoring junior installers, and maintaining strong communication with customers and team members. This position will require the ability to install FORCED AIR & BOILER Systems.
