Job summary

Hiller Heating and AC is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to perform repairs and thorough inspections, ensuring all work meets current codes and quality standards. Strong customer communication is essential, and a courteous, professional demeanor is expected with every service call across our Tennessee locations.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of verifiable HVAC experience, solid knowledge of residential systems, and the ability to troubleshoot refrigerant, electrical, and duct issues.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform all HVAC repairs to applicable codes.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of verifiable work experience in the HVAC industry.
• Knowledge of the fundamental operational functionality of residential air conditioning, heating, and ventilation equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems with refrigerant, electrical, and duct systems on HVAC equipment.

Requirements

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• EPA Certified (preferred).
• NATE Certification (preferred).
• HVAC certification or Diploma (preferred).
• Compensation: $25 - $35 an hour.
• Applicants will be required to undergo pre‑employment drug screens and background checks.
