Job summary

Authority Brands Inc. is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician to service newer residential heating and air conditioning systems and deliver a high-quality customer experience. The role offers paid training, strong benefits, and company-provided tools to support your work.

Responsibilities include maintenance calls, accurate invoicing, site cleanliness, safe operation of the vehicle, and mentoring newer technicians as part of ongoing company training.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma
• Associate's degree in related field preferred
• Ability to pass NATE Core Test
• Solid communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Comfort Club and revenue maintenance calls as well as parts/component replacement calls.
• Accurately documents age and type of each system component on invoices, costs for services and services completed.
• Debrief service call with dispatch after each service call.
• Inspection of area for cleanliness after job completion.
• Maintains company vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and organization, both inside and out.
• Maintain a professional image and a courteous demeanor with customers and associates at all times.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Abiding by ALL One Hour standards of performance and code of ethics.
• Respecting the customer’s property.
• Participate in ALL company sponsored training classes.
• Assist in mentoring and training maintenance technicians.

Job description

The HVAC Maintenance Technician will provide maintenance on newer residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards while providing the customer with a high-quality experience.
