Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, an affiliate of Authority Brands, is hiring HVAC Service Technicians in the Las Vegas area to educate customers on options and perform in-home service calls with technical excellence.

You will assess systems, explain repairs or replacements, complete paperwork, and provide leads to the sales team while delivering top-notch customer service and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Completion of HVAC trade program greatly preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills a must!
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assess HVAC systems to determine repair or replacement recommendations.
• Effectively communicate these recommendations to customers.
• Perform services and repairs with a focus on technical excellence.
• Test each system after service or repair has been completed.
• Perform a proper inspection of the system to prevent future breakdowns.
• Effectively explain all services and repairs performed to customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Accurately complete all paperwork and ensure recommendations are written on invoices.
• Provide customer leads to sales team after identifying a potential need for system additions or replacements.
