Job summary

Cii Service in Charlottesville, VA, is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our local service team. If you are skilled in servicing and troubleshooting commercial HVAC equipment, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Master or journeyman license strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in servicing HVAC equipment.
• Exceptional troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• OSHA 10 Certification.
• Valid driving license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and troubleshoot chillers, boilers, pumps, air handling units, rooftop units, and split systems.
• Repair and replace defective equipment, components, or wiring of multiple devices.
• Test pipe or tubing joints and connections for leaks as well as electrical circuits and components for continuity.
• Communicate professionally with clients, team members, and office.
• Apply knowledge of HVAC principles to the job tasks.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Service, repair, and troubleshoot chillers, boilers, pumps, air handling units, rooftop units, and split systems
• Repair and replace defective equipment, components, or wiring of multiple devices
• Test pipe or tubing joints and connections for leaks as well as electrical circuits and components for continuity
• Constant and professional communication with clients, all team members, and office
• Effectively use knowledge of the principles of HVAC equipment

Qualifications and preferred experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Master or journeymen license strongly preferred
• 5+ years of experience in servicing HVAC equipment
• Exceptional troubleshooting and customer service skills
• OSHA 10 Certification
• Valid driving license and clean driving record, required
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings during employment
