Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for motivated individuals to advance in the trades. We are a family-owned team focused on quality, growth, and earning potential. You will be coached and paid.

All residential HVAC work, with gas furnaces, heat pumps, IAQ, install, maintenance and service. You will work in a team, deliver six-star service, and take real pride in helping customers while earning commissions and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Have a working knowledge of all things residential HVAC with hands on experience including service and maintenance on gas/oil furnaces, gas/oil boilers, heat pumps, troubleshooting, etc.
• Are comfortable and confident dealing with customers, presenting options, collecting payment, and generally TCOB of all things.
• Are a good communicator and understand people.
• Aren’t scared of the word “NO” unless referring to the advancement of your career and income.

Responsibilities

• Driving your freshly washed company provided truck to the shop.
• Filling your truck with whatever you need from our fully stocked warehouse.
• Opening up your company provided iPad and iPhone to see your first money making opportunity.
• Arriving on time at the customer home and blowing their doors off with 6-star service that results in an incredible review.
• Getting real-time coaching/support for whatever you need because you said you were coachable.
• Recording notes for the next guy because you said you were about the team.
• Collecting payment from the customer cause if the company don’t get paid, neither do you.

The Brass Tacks

• $100,000+ opportunity
• $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS
• Commissions in addition to hourly rate (up to 10%)
• NO ON CALL

Compensation

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
