Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a skilled HVAC technician to service residential systems, handle on-site repairs, and provide 6-star service that drives outstanding customer reviews.

You will use company trucks and iPads to manage jobs, with a focus on timely arrivals and professional communication. A base salary of $60,000–$85,000 plus incentives and a $5,000 signing bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with gas/oil furnaces and boilers, heat pumps, troubleshooting.
• Comfortable dealing with customers, presenting options, collecting payment, and driving revenue.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Not afraid to hear NO when pursuing career growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive company truck to the job, ensure vehicle readiness.
• Keep truck stocked from warehouse inventory.
• Open company iPad and iPhone to access accounts and generate quotes.
• Be punctual at customer homes and deliver high-quality service that earns great reviews.
• Receive coaching and support to improve performance.
• Record notes for team continuity and handoff.
• Collect payments from customers to ensure company revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience preferred
• Have a working knowledge of all things residential HVAC with hands‑on experience including service and maintenance on gas/oil furnaces, gas/oil boilers, heat pumps, troubleshooting, etc.
• Are comfortable and confident dealing with customers, presenting options, collecting payment, and generally TCOB of all things.
• Are a good communicator and understand people.
• Aren’t scared of the word “NO” unless referring to the advancement of your career and income.

Responsibilities

• Driving your freshly washed company–provided truck to the shop
• Filling your truck with whatever you need from our fully stocked warehouse
• Opening up your company–provided iPad and iPhone to see your first money‑making opportunity
• Arriving on time at the customer home and blowing their doors off with 6‑star service that results in an incredible review
• Getting real‑time coaching/support for whatever you need because you said you were coachable
• Recording notes for the next guy because you said you were about the team
• Collecting payment from the customer cause if the company don’t get paid, neither do you

Compensation

Base salary: $60,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year plus additional incentives. Sign‑on bonus: $5,000.00. Hourly rate: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour.
