What You’ll Do

• Install, diagnose, consult, and repair HVAC systems based on experience.
• Present good/ better/ best solutions to clients using company-provided iPad (only if doing sales).
• Install IAQ, furnaces, AC units and all related HVAC systems. Repair/install gas and water lines, perform leak testing, soldering, pipe threading, pressing, and more.
• Maintain a clean and organized work van and job site.
• Build trust with customers and ensure every job leaves a lasting, positive impression.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of HVAC experience (required).
• Knowledge of local codes and the ability to make on-the-job decisions.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no more than 4 points).
• Strong technical skills, professionalism, and a customer‑first attitude.
• Ability to work in various climates and conditions.
