Amazing Plumbing, Heating & Air is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems in the Baltimore area. You will deliver dependable comfort, focusing on safety and quality workmanship while working with a team.

Eligible candidates have hands-on HVAC experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to read diagrams. On-site work with a company vehicle, competitive pay, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hands-on field experience operating, maintaining, and repairing HVAC equipment.
• Experience servicing residential and commercial HVAC systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Comfortable using technology such as iPads or mobile field service applications.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and system inspections to ensure proper performance and efficiency.
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and completed work clearly with customers.
• Complete service documentation accurately, including service tickets, materials used, and job notes.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in clean and working condition.
• Respond to on-call or emergency service requests as needed.
• Follow all company safety standards and procedures.
• Educate customers on system care, efficiency improvements, and available upgrades.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support daily operations and overall service quality.

Position Type: Hourly, Non-Exempt

Pay: $26-$65 hourly ($55,000-$135,000 annually includes hourly and weekly bonus incentive).

Position Summary
