Qualifications

• 2+ years of diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment.
• Weekend days required but includes your selection of any 2 weekdays off.
• Valid driver’s license with no major violations within the last 3 years; must be 21+ and able to operate company vehicle.
• Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software.
• Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer.
• Experience with: variable speed units, replacing parts such as contractors and capacitors, handling refrigerant.

What you need:

• 2+ years of diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment
• Weekend days required but includes your selection of any 2 weekdays off
• Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years; including you must be 21 years old, and have held a valid driver's license for three years to operate a company vehicle, and to obtain company insurance.
