B Carlson Heating, Air Conditioning, & Plumbing in Albuquerque, NM has an opening for an experienced HVAC technician. Since 1971, we’ve served the community with reliable HVAC and plumbing solutions and a customer-first approach.

You will diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, contributing to a team that values ongoing education and quality service. This role requires at least 2 years of experience, a valid driver’s license, EPA certification is preferred, and you will use Service Titan

Qualifications

• 2+ years diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment.
• Valid driver's license and clean record; 21+ with three years licensed to operate company vehicle.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• Experience with variable speed units and refrigerants; able to handle refrigerants safely.
• Proficient with Service Titan on an iPad for estimates and service reporting.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC equipment for customers.
• Sell repairs and recommend solutions based on findings.
• Use Service Titan to create estimates and manage service calls.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients.
