Job summary

Done! Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, & Electrical is seeking a Service Technician in Denver to diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems, using our Service Titan platform, and to discuss repairs with customers.

You will work 1-2 years of experience, hold a valid driver's license, and use an iPad on the job. EPA certification is preferred, with a focus on quality and customer care.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment.
• Valid driver''s license with no major violations within the last 3 years.
• Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software.
• Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer.
• Experience with: variable speed units, mini splits, replacing parts such as contactors and capacitors, handling refrigerant, etc.
• EPA Certification, Nate preferred.
