B. Carlson Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing in Albuquerque seeks a skilled Lead HVAC Installer to manage residential installations and mentor apprentices. This role combines hands-on installation work with team leadership in a fast-growing local company.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of leading residential HVAC installs, holdsJourneyman licenses, a clean driving record, and comfort using an iPad and Service Titan. Excellent benefits and growth await.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leading residential HVAC installations.
• Journeyman licenses: Sheet Metal, Gas Fitters, Refrigeration, Plumbing.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Experience using iPad and Service Titan software.
• Ability to coach, train, and mentor apprentices.
• Experience with brazing with nitrogen, vacuum pulls and recoveries, high voltage hookups, thermostat wiring.

What you need:

• 2+ years of leading residential HVAC installations
• One of the following Journeyman Licenses: Sheet Metal, Gas Fitters, Refrigeration, Plumbing
• Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years
• Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
• Ability to coach and train and apprentice
• Experience with: brazing with nitrogen, pulling a vacuum and recovery, high voltage hookups, wiring thermostats, etc.
