Job summary

HARP Home Services in Windsor, CT is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems. You will travel to client homes and deliver outstanding service.

This role offers a competitive $25-$45 per hour base, with a $15,000 sign-on bonus and a strong training path. No on-call shifts, year-round full-time work, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• EPA Type II or Universal certification.
• A valid and clean driver's license.
• Clean and neat appearance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Hard-working and motivated.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment.

What do our HVAC Technicians do?

Our technicians go into clients' homes to help solve their HVAC problems. They troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair their residential heating and cooling systems, as well as complete assigned preventative maintenance.
