Job summary

HARP Home Services is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems. Technicians visit clients' homes to solve HVAC problems and perform preventative maintenance, with a focus on customer service.

We offer base pay up to $45/hour plus a $15,000 sign-on bonus; many technicians earn $48+/hour with bonuses and incentives. We provide paid training, year-round full-time work, and opportunities for growth and license sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• EPA Type II or Universal.
• A valid and clean driver’s license.
• Clean and neat appearance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Hard-working and motivated.

Responsibilities

• Go into clients' homes to diagnose and repair HVAC problems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
• Complete assigned preventative maintenance.

What do our HVAC Technicians do?

Our technicians go into clients' homes to help solve their HVAC problems. They troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair their residential heating and cooling systems, as well as complete assigned preventative maintenance.
