Job summary

HARP Home Services is seeking an HVAC Service Technician in Connecticut to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems. The role offers a competitive base rate with incentives and a $15,000 sign-on bonus.

You’ll be travelling to client homes, solving problems, and delivering excellent customer service. Two weeks of paid time off in the first year, full-time year-round work, comprehensive training totaling about 150 hours per year, and opportunities for career growth including

Qualifications

• Experience as an HVAC Service Technician
• EPA Type II or Universal certification required
• Valid and clean driver's license
• Clean and neat appearance
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Visit clients' homes to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance on residential heating and cooling systems

What do our HVAC Technicians do?

Our technicians go into clients' homes to help solve their HVAC problems. They troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair their residential heating and cooling systems, as well as complete assigned preventative maintenance.
