Job summary

HARP is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. You will service residential HVAC systems, troubleshoot issues, diagnose faults, and complete preventative maintenance with a focus on customer satisfaction.

This full-time role offers up to $45/hour base pay plus a $15,000 sign-on bonus, with no on-call shifts and opportunities for training, growth, and benefits including health plans and a 401(k). Join a company that rewards reliability and expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• EPA Type II or Universal certification.

What do our HVAC Technicians do?

Our technicians go into clients' homes to help solve their HVAC problems. They troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair their residential heating and cooling systems, as well as complete assigned preventative maintenance.
