Position Overview:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medium‑to‑large HVAC systems and controls.
• Diagnose breakdowns, test parts, and perform necessary repairs.
• Work on rooftop units, heat pumps, DX systems, and electrical controls.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Virginia Journeyman or Master HVAC License.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and work at heights.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Reliable transportation.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (flexible hours, overtime, and weekends as needed)
