Job summary

Reliable Engineering Services I is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to service and repair commercial HVAC systems across multiple job sites in Maryland, DC, and Virginia. Residential HVAC technicians with strong experience are encouraged to apply.

You will inspect systems, perform maintenance, respond to emergencies, and diagnose issues using wiring diagrams and technical documentation. Excellent problem-solving and a willingness to work overtime are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years HVAC experience (commercial preferred, but not required).
• Residential Mechanic encouraged to apply.
• Journeyman’s License preferred.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability and willingness to work overtime.
