Job summary

Aire Serv of Smith County is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician who takes pride in their work, enjoys helping customers, and wants to be part of a team that rewards great performance. Diagnose and repair heating and cooling equipment, maintain inventory, and deliver exceptional service on every call.

We offer $25-$30 per hour based on experience, weekly pay, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation and holidays, a company vehicle, paid uniforms, ongoing

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot heating and cooling equipment.
• Recommend solutions that meet customer needs.
• Maintain inventory and materials on company vehicle.
• Complete service documentation and invoices accurately.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good condition.
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every call.
