Johnson Controls is seeking skilled HVAC Tradesmen to join our team. You will service and maintain advanced heavy commercial and industrial equipment, learning through our Service Technical Academy (STA) and earning competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Adherence to the company Safety Program.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with HVAC equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently.
• A valid driver’s license, with no major or frequent traffic violations.
• Be willing to join the UA of Plumbers and Pipefitters.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical installations and troubleshoot issues.
• Resolve problems and respond to basic warranty calls.
• Keep the customer and contractor informed of job progress.
• Provide recommendations and quotes to improve facility efficiency and upsell solutions.
