Job summary

Sears Home Services is seeking an HVAC Repair Technician to diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems in customers’ homes. You’ll travel in a company-provided service vehicle, troubleshoot both mechanical and electrical HVAC issues, and deliver quality repairs with safety and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• EPA Type II or EPA Universal Certification
• VA Journeyman HVAC Certification
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with HVAC service and repair preferred

• Ability to safely use diagnostic and repair tools
• Ability to follow procedures and deliver quality workmanship
• Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile technology
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
