Christman Facility Solutions, LLC in Mesquite, Texas is seeking an HVAC Service Supervisor to oversee commercial service work and installations, mentor technicians, and ensure safety and quality on every project.

The role requires a long history in HVAC service (15+ years) including supervisory experience, a refrigerant license, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Travel and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

Minimum of fifteen (15) or more years of HVAC service experience, including five (5) or more years in supervision.
Current State issued Refrigerant License -or- Equivalent combination of the above education, training, and experience.

Responsibilities

Assists the Service Manager/MEP Director and Dispatch with supervision, scheduling, and management of all commercial service work and installations.
Mentors, trains, and provides ongoing support to Service Technicians and Service Coordinators.
Coordinates installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems for clients.
Performs field inspections to ensure quality workmanship and code compliance.
Reviews technician write-ups and ensures timely service documentation.
Troubleshoots complex HVAC issues and provides on-site technical support.
Enforces safety standards including OSHA compliance.
Acts as primary client contact for project progress and field performance.
Holds monthly field meetings to review metrics and costs.
