Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a commercial HVAC service technician.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• EPA certification for handling refrigerants (e.g., Universal Certification).

Responsibilities

• Installs, maintains, and repairs commercial HVAC systems, including rooftops, chillers, boilers.
• Performs preventive maintenance for optimal performance.
• Diagnoses and troubleshoots HVAC malfunctions, including electrical and refrigeration.
• Inspections to identify deficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Provides repair estimates and communicates with clients.
• Coordinates with managers and stakeholders to schedule service.
• Keeps records of service calls, parts, and labor.
• Stays current on codes, standards, and new tech.
