Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Service Technician.
• Advanced knowledge of commercial HVAC systems including controls, refrigeration circuits, and mechanical components.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Installs, maintains, and repairs commercial HVAC systems and components.
• Performs preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Diagnoses complex HVAC malfunctions across electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration domains.
• Inspects systems to identify deficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Provides repair estimates and recommendations to clients and communicates clearly.
• Coordinates with managers and clients to schedule service with minimal disruption.
• Keeps logs of service calls, parts used, labor hours, and equipment history.
• Adheres to safety protocols and OSHA guidelines on all jobs.
