Job summary
HELP is seeking a skilled HVAC Service/Sales Technician to service residential clients. You will diagnose, repair, and upgrade HVAC systems, while advising customers on best options and maintaining excellent service quality.

Qualifications
- HVAC maintenance, service and repair experience.
- EPA certification and journeyman's license (a plus).
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components and refrigerants.
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients on indoor air and HVAC systems.
- Diagnose mechanical/electrical issues and suggest replacements.
- Perform routine maintenance and system tune-ups.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate findings.
- Ensure compliance with safety and industry regs.
- Document repairs and keep service records.
- Work independently or with a team to complete jobs.
- Stay updated on industry advancements.
