Software Placement Group is seeking an HVAC Service Sales Representative to drive service and preventive maintenance sales across Central & Northern NJ. This full-time, field-based role offers uncapped income potential and clear paths for professional growth.

You will build relationships with facility decision-makers, expand the contractor's service offerings, and manage a territory north of I-195, delivering service to hospitals, schools, and commercial facilities.

This role is key to expanding the contractor's service and preventive maintenance business across a range of commercial sectors.

What you'll do

• Sell service and preventive maintenance agreements to hospitals, schools, manufacturing facilities, industrial parks, property management companies, and retail facilities

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience

Preferred qualifications

• Candidates with other building systems sales experience (security, fire protection, low voltage, electrical, etc.) will also be considered
