Job summary

Metropolitan Mechanical Contractors, Inc. (MMC) in Minnesota is seeking an HVAC Service Sales Project Manager to build a client base, sell preventive maintenance agreements, and manage small projects while developing lasting customer relationships.

You will apply networking skills, price simple mechanical proposals using MMC’s pricing system, and collaborate with a strong, team-oriented MMC Service department to deliver outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management experience.
• HVAC/Mechanical industry experience.
• Experience providing superior customer service.
• Capacity to work on a high performing team
• Able to price simple mechanicalproposals utilizing MMC’s pricing system
• Motivated by providing first class customer service
• Skilled at managing many tasks / multitasking.
• Aptitude to learning new software as a super user
• Driven to help teammates to win
