Overview

MMC's Service department is the largest mechanical service department in Minnesota. We are searching for a Commercial HVAC Systems Service Project Manager for the Rochester, MN area. Our project managers manage portfolios of commercial and industrial HVAC clients. MMC prides itself on building strong customer relationships. As a Commercial HVAC Systems Service Project Manager, you will be responsible for building a client base, selling and maintaining preventive maintenance agreements, executing small simple projects, working in a team, and developing strong lasting customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Utilize robust networking and relationship building skills to create and expand a client base.
• Effectively create and sell appealing preventive maintenance agreements.
• Provide exceptional customer service with the goal of maintaining and strengthening client relationships and agreements.
• Contribute and work well with a strong, passionate team.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3-5 years of project management and/or client account management experience.
• Facility systems management experience is preferred.
• HVAC/Mechanical experience is a plus.
• Experience providing superior customer service.
• Capacity to work on a high performing team
• Able to price simple mechanical proposals utilizing MMC’s pricing system
• Motivated by providing first class customer service
• Skilled at managing many tasks / multitasking
• Aptitude to learning new software
• Driven to help teammates to win

Physical Requirements

• Possess ability to independently navigate job sites and climb ladders as warranted.
