Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of hands-on residential HVAC service and repair experience.
• EPA Section 608 certification for refrigerant work.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across residential HVAC systems.
• Proven ability to sell HVAC repairs, upgrades, replacement systems, or related services.
• Confidently present estimates and discuss pricing with homeowners.
