GPAC in Houston, TX seeks a Service Sales Professional to drive new commercial HVAC service, retrofit and replacement business with healthcare, commercial, institutional, and industrial clients. You will build relationships with facility managers and owners and coordinate with operations to ensure service delivery.

The role offers uncapped commissions with a base/OTE, autonomy to grow a territory, and a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Commercial HVAC or mechanical service sales experience.
• Proven ability to generate new business and close deals.
• Relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Strong professional presentation and CRM discipline.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and closing new commercial service clients.
• Selling preventative maintenance, controls upgrades, retrofits, and equipment replacements.
• Building and managing a pipeline of service contracts and lead gen opportunities.
• Maintaining strong client engagement with facility managers and owners.
• Coordinating with operations to ensure service delivery.
