Job summary

AllSearch Staffing Group is seeking a Project Sales Representative in Harrisburg, PA to grow a Central Pennsylvania territory. The role focuses on commercial HVAC project sales, including repair, replacement, retrofit, and system modification opportunities for facility owners, maintenance managers, engineers, and other commercial customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience.
• Technical knowledge of HVAC systems, service, repair, retrofit, and mechanical components.
• Experience preparing estimates, proposals, or scopes for projects.
• CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound commercial HVAC project requests and develop new business throughout the Central Pennsylvania territory.
• Build and manage relationships with facility owners, maintenance managers, engineers, and other commercial customers.
• Evaluate commercial HVAC and mechanical systems and components to determine repair, modification, retrofit, or replacement needs.
• Develop project designs, cost estimates, and formal project proposals for commercial HVAC projects.
• Sell HVAC repair, replacement, retrofit, modification, and upgrade projects.
• Serve as the liaison between customers and project managers throughout the sales and project handoff process.
• Maintain customer, opportunity, and sales activity information within a CRM system.
