Legacy Heating and Air Inc. in the Greater Elkhart area seeks an experienced HVAC Service & Sales Manager to lead and grow our service and sales operations.

This is a results-driven role focused on building high-performing teams, boosting revenue, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will coach service technicians and comfort advisors, drive replacement sales, monitor KPIs, and partner with dispatch to maximize scheduling efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience managing service, sales, operations, or field teams.
• Proven ability to drive team performance, accountability, and revenue growth.
• Experience managing KPIs and implementing process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of service technicians and comfort advisors.
• Drive service, maintenance, and replacement sales performance across the operation.
• Monitor and improve KPIs including revenue, conversion rates, average ticket, membership growth, and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct ride-alongs, field training, and ongoing coaching to support employee development.
• Partner with dispatch and operations teams to maximize scheduling efficiency and team productivity.
• Manage customer escalations and ensure exceptional service recovery when needed.
• Perform job site visits and quality assurance inspections.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and retention efforts for service team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and operational best practices.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute growth strategies.

Overview

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service & Sales Manager to lead and grow our HVAC service and sales operations throughout the Greater Elkhart area and surrounding communities. This is an opportunity for a results-driven leader who excels at developing high-performing teams, improving operational efficiency, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

While HVAC industry experience is preferred, we are open to leaders from home services and other field-based industries who have a proven track record of leading teams, driving sales performance, and improving operational results.

What You'll Do

• ServiceTitan or similar field service management software experience
• Experience growing memberships, maintenance agreements, or recurring revenue programs
• Track record of developing high-performing service and sales teams
