Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in service, sales, or field operations.
• Proven ability to drive team performance, accountability, and revenue growth.
• Strong coaching and employee development skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset.
• Experience managing KPIs and implementing process improvements.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of service technicians and comfort advisors.
• Drive service, maintenance, and replacement sales performance across the operation.
• Monitor and improve revenue, conversion rates, average ticket, memberships, and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct ride-alongs, field training, and ongoing coaching for staff development.
• Partner with dispatch and operations to maximize scheduling efficiency and productivity.
• Manage customer escalations and service recovery when needed.
• Perform job site visits and quality assurance inspections.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and retention for service team members.
• Ensure safety standards, company policies, and best practices are followed.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute growth strategies.
