Comfort Systems USA Ohio in Cincinnati seeks an Account Executive to expand our commercial HVAC service sales across the Greater Cincinnati market. You will develop new relationships with building owners, facility managers, and operations leaders, while growing existing accounts by offering preventive maintenance, repairs, retrofits, and ongoing service programs.

• 5+ years in commercial HVAC service sales or related B2B technical sales.
• Strong ability to develop proposals, present recommendations, negotiate, and close.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial and industrial customer relationships throughout the Greater Cincinnati market.
• Build and grow a pipeline of qualified HVAC service opportunities.
• Manage and grow relationships within existing customer accounts.
• Sell preventive maintenance agreements, repairs, retrofits, and service projects.
• Visit customer facilities to understand HVAC systems, priorities, and long-term needs.
• Develop and present clear, practical proposals and service recommendations.
• Manage opportunities from discovery through close and renewal.
• Maintain CRM data for pipeline, forecast, accounts, and activities.
