Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge with repairs, labor estimating and parts sourcing.
• Experience in customer service or sales support in HVAC.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple proposals and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Review reports from HVAC technicians on equipment issues.
• Develop repair proposals with scope, labor and timelines.
• Research pricing and sourcing options from suppliers.
• Coordinate with technicians and supervisors to validate repairs.
• Maintain records of proposals in CRM or proposal system.
• Follow up proposals and secure customer approvals.
• Ensure proposals comply with safety regulations and terms.
• Collaborate with Account Managers on large repairs and commissions.
• Procure parts and track equipment for timely repairs.
• Prioritize urgent repairs with dispatch and scheduling.
