Trane Technologies seeks a Client Service Representative I in Birmingham, AL, to deliver exceptional service by managing service renewals, providing quotes, and assisting in booking service work for Commercial HVAC. The role develops sales skills through training and on-the-job learning and reports to the Client Service Leader on the operations team.

The position involves contract renewals, scope expansion, customer satisfaction improvements, and growth opportunities within a portfolio.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience and/or training; or three years with HS Diploma/GED.
• Experience delivering customer service and handling renewals is preferred.
• Ability to review contracts and prepare proposals.

Responsibilities

• Support Service Estimators with estimating and booking Service work.
• Maintain and drive Service Agreement renewals and Salesforce opportunities.
• Assist Account Managers with service work estimates and bookings for strategic accounts.
• Identify issues and communicate business goals related to estimating and service bookings.
• Support accounts receivable management for existing customers.
• Enter opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in Salesforce.
